    Decorative Films Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

    Effective Date: April 29, 2026

    Welcome to the Decorative Films Rewards Program (“Program”). By creating an account and participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

    1. Eligibility

    The Program is open to individuals with a valid account on DecorativeFilm.com. Employees of Decorative Films, LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

    2. Enrollment

    You are automatically enrolled in the Program when you create an account on DecorativeFilm.com. Membership is free and limited to one account per individual. Existing accounts will automatically join the Rewards program whent hey login on or after February 17, 2026.

    3. Earning Points

    • Members earn points on qualifying purchases made on DecorativeFilm.com.
    • Members earn 1 point per $1 spent.
    • Points are awarded after order fulfillment and are subject to verification.
    • Accounts must be active and logged in to earn points on purchases.
    • Returned or canceled orders will result in the deduction of associated points.
    • Points are promotional, have no cash value, and may not be transferred.

    4. Points Expiration

    • Points expire at 11:59 p.m. EST twelve (12) months from the date they are earned.
    • Expired points are automatically removed and cannot be reinstated.
    • Members are responsible for monitoring their account balance and expiration dates.

    5. Redeeming Rewards

    • Points may be redeemed for available rewards as displayed on the Site.
    • Redemption values and available rewards are subject to change.
    • Points can be redeemed using the increments listed at checkout. To redeem additional points, contact our customer support team at [email protected].
    • Once redeemed, points cannot be returned or reinstated.
    • Points cannot be redeemed on Casper Cloaking Technology film, shipping rates, or tariff fees.

    6. Modifications & Program Changes

    Rewards, tier benefits, earning structures, and redemption values are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of Decorative Films, LLC.

    We reserve the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or its earning rules at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    7. Marketing Communications

    By enrolling in the Program, you agree to receive occasional marketing and promotional emails from Decorative Films. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

    8. Privacy

    Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Decorative Films shall not be liable for technical errors, system outages, or miscalculations of points.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
